Design, build, and maintain complex, multi-year financial models across channels, products, and business units.
Support long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
Develop and refine driver-based and predictive modeling approaches.
Ensure consistency, transparency, and documentation of key assumptions and methodologies.
Translate business strategies and initiatives into actionable financial insights.
Contribute to the design, build, and ongoing enhancement of Pigment applications.
Partner with FP&A, IT, and implementation teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Support integration efforts with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), HCM (Workday), and data platforms.
Help maintain data integrity, model accuracy, and system documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and performance within the EPM environment.
Help establish and promote best practices in financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting.
Drive improvements in model efficiency, scalability, and auditability.
Generate insights from financial models to support decision-making.
Communicate complex analyses clearly to finance and business stakeholders.
Support leadership with scenario analysis and financial impact assessments.
Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial modeling, or financial systems.
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
Experience working with an Enterprise Performance Management platform (Pigment preferred; Anaplan or similar acceptable).
Solid understanding of financial systems, data flows, and integrations.
Ability to operate independently while collaborating across functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of project-based work or system implementations.
Experience supporting or participating in an FP&A or EPM implementation (preferred).
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or enterprise data platforms (preferred).
Experience with driver-based planning or advanced analytics (preferred).
Background in multi-channel or multi-line-of-business modeling (preferred).
