Translate product strategy into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
Monitor product performance, gather data, and use analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
Support product launches by collaborating with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies and training materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Bioengineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of scientific workflows, laboratory processes, and the challenges faced by researchers.
Familiarity with laboratory automation technologies such as robotics, liquid handlers, plate readers, imaging systems, and sample management systems.
Demonstrated ability to translate scientific and technical concepts into clear product requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel – up to 30% globally
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 lbs
