Own end-to-end delivery: Independently manage implementation projects for clients across your portfolio.
Create and maintain project plans, identify and mitigate risks, manage scope and timelines, and coordinate dependencies across internal teams.
Be the trusted client contact: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders throughout implementation. Act as primary point of contact, navigate conflicting priorities, and guide clients toward optimal solutions using your expertise.
Support change management: Help clients with change management strategies throughout implementation. Identify potential resistance and adoption barriers, advise on rollout approaches, and support clients through the change process.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work effectively across CS, Product, Sales, Support, and Migrations teams. Build strong internal relationships and proactively share knowledge.
Drive continuous improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, contribute to documentation and refinement, and share lessons learnt to improve team practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering customer-facing software implementations (ideally in a start-up, healthcare SaaS or another regulated domain).
