About this role

Drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams.
Align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders.
Help bring clarity and structure to how we launch new external services.
Coordinate service releases, working with Legal.
Prepare deployments to new datacenters.
Manage expectations and demand signals from various internal and external groups.

5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director; SWE background is a plus. staff engineer/staff architect is plus.
Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments).
Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations and consolidate external demand.
Analytical mindset, experience with planning tools, and ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
