Lead the planning and delivery of new and existing technology projects within client environments
Coordinate project delivery through internal consultants and engineering teams
Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution
Allocate and optimise resources to ensure efficient project delivery
Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels
Track project budgets, ensuring financial control and profitability
Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation
Oversee project planning, risk management and governance processes

Proven track record of delivering multiple complex IT projects simultaneously to external clients, on time and within budget
Strong forecasting and planning capabilities
Solid understanding of project governance and the ability to adapt frameworks to client needs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the full project lifecycle, with the flexibility to adapt across projects of varying size and complexity
Experience delivering projects involving compute, storage platforms, wide area networks, or managed IT services
PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
Experience with Agile, Waterfall & hybrid methodologies
Experience with Jira
ITIL Foundation certification (desirable)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
