8 years or above of experience on PCB/semiconductor tools.
Experience working with matrix management team to achieve business objectives
Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.
Track record in working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
Mobility for local travel (Taiwan) 80% & International travel(US/HQ) 20%
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of field sales or marketing experience specifically in PCB/ semiconductor industry.
Familiar with PCB/semiconductor ecosystem.
