About this role

Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns — set up, test, and iterate using AI-powered workflows (Claude Code or equivalent tooling)
Drive enterprise lead generation as your north star metric — quality pipeline over vanity numbers
Test hypotheses independently, track experiments rigorously, and bring clear metrics to every decision
Do product marketing — translate Awesomic's positioning into sharp ad creative and messaging that converts
Build automated marketing workflows using APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) without waiting for engineering support

Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns end-to-end (not just managing agencies)
Comfortable forming and testing growth hypotheses independently — you bring data, not just ideas
Strong understanding of B2B / enterprise buyer journeys
Fluent in English and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
