Provide support to Abbott Business in Puerto Rico and OUS
Recruit and placement for the Puerto Rico sites and or OUS, as business needed
Manage the on-going program and its effectiveness and sourcing/selection strategies
Support the University Relations Intake programs and may participate in Area/Global Talent Acquisition projects and Hubs
Comply with procedures used for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of job applicants
Contact, maintain relationship, and negotiate with employment agencies, universities, technical schools, and government agencies for the selection and provision of specialized personnel as temporary help to meet organizational needs
Assure compliance with Federal and Puerto Rico Laws
Point of contact for Talent Acquisition needs for the sites supporting
Participate in assigned projects at country and area level
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or related
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role
Two years of experience in areas such as Sourcing, Selection, Hiring, Intake programs among others
Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process in a manufacturing or consulting environment
Recruitment experience at non-exempt, professional, and leadership roles
Possess working knowledge in PR and Federal Labor Laws
Experience managing university relations programs
MS Office proficient
Have experience in managing multiple tasks and projects related to the Human Resources field
Have strong analytical skills
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
Be self-started, results, and service-oriented
Have the ability to work under pressure
Possess a strong ability to deal with confidential and sensitive situations
Possess the ability to work under minimum supervision
Be able to work under tight due date schedules
