About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute TradeQuo’s market penetration and growth strategy for South Africa, aligned with the company’s global objectives.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing local sales team to deliver measurable results.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key local partners, brokers, affiliates, and financial institutions to drive expansion and revenue growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition, retention, and tailored trading solutions.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
Partner with global teams in marketing, product, and customer experience to ensure local strategy execution and consistent brand alignment.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Established relationships within the South African forex, financial trading, or fintech sectors.
Proven experience managing or building sales teams and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business judgment, negotiation ability, and commercial mindset.
Highly results-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
