Own product strategy and roadmap for core EIAM capabilities: User and Role Management, Authentication, Authorization, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity and Access Reporting
Define and prioritize enhancements that leverage Agentic AI to automate identity workflows, accelerate onboarding/offboarding, and improve real-time risk assessment
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable EIAM solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FRB, Part 30, OSFI) throughout AI-enhanced features
Lead RBC-wide AI controls product management, establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment
Define policy information point (PIP) requirements to enable real-time identity risk scoring and Just-In-Time (JIT) access decisions
Develop AI control taxonomies, audit trails, and explainability mechanisms to support risk and compliance teams
Partner with enterprise AI governance and risk teams to align EIAM AI enhancements with corporate AI policies
Define vision for autonomous identity governance using AI agents (e.g., intelligent access provisioning, anomaly detection, policy enforcement)
Establish metrics and KPIs for AI-enhanced EIAM capabilities (e.g., onboarding time reduction, risk score accuracy, access review automation)
Identify and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies applicable to identity and access management
Drive business case development for AI-enabled capabilities; quantify risk reduction and operational efficiency gains
Lead product management working groups with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Business Stakeholders
Communicate product vision and progress to executive sponsors and business leaders
Manage external partnerships (vendors, consultants) for AI capabilities and best practice integration
Mentor product management team members on AI-augmented identity strategy
Requirements
10+ years in product management, with minimum 5 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM/EIAM)
5+ years of experience with AI/ML product strategy, GenAI, or Agentic AI concepts
Deep expertise in core EIAM domains: user provisioning, authentication/authorization, PAM, and identity analytics
Strong understanding of banking/financial services regulatory landscape (FRB, Part 30, OSFI, Basel, GLBA)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrix environments
Proficiency in translating technical AI concepts into business value propositions and product requirements
Experience with agile/scrum product delivery and automation frameworks
