About this role
Role Overview
Lead the new-hire onboarding flow, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines
Serve as the focal point between Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders
Map, analyze and optimize processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
Monitor operational metrics (SLA, time-to-onboard, data quality, etc.)
Maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI), providing visibility and guidance for decision-making
Act in a consultative capacity, influencing decisions and proposing improvements locally and globally
Ensure governance and standardization of processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with personnel administration/onboarding processes (preferred)
Experience in data analysis and tracking metrics and dashboards
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Structured approach, with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
Good communication and ability to adapt to different stakeholders
Advanced English
Experience with Excel and/or Power BI
Nice to have: Experience with Workday, ADP, or similar systems; experience with systems integration (e.g., Gupy); knowledge of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes; experience with continuous improvement, automation, or process transformation; familiarity with agile methodologies
