Develop and implement a national OOH business development strategy for NPWT in Austria
Identify, assess and prioritize new business opportunities, care pathways and partnerships within the OOH segment
Build scalable business models to drive sustainable market and revenue growth outside the hospital setting
Analyze the Austrian Out of Hospital (OOH) market, including wound care nurses, nursing organizations, homecare providers, social service organizations and social insurance institutions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance representatives, KOLs, healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Promote clinically and economically appropriate use of NPWT in home and outpatient settings
Collaborate closely with Clinical and Sales teams to develop evidence-based value propositions and training concepts
Support product launches, pilot projects and therapy implementations within the OOH environment
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists and leadership teams
Contribute to national and international projects to further develop the OOH strategy
Ensure structured documentation, reporting and performance tracking of business development activities
Actively build and manage an OOH wound care community to promote therapy adoption, education and knowledge exchange
Requirements
Degree in healthcare management, business administration, medical technology, nursing sciences or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience in business development, sales or key account management within the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of NPWT, wound care or related medical technologies is a clear advantage
Willingness to travel within Austria
Fluent German and English skills
Confident use of CRM systems and analytical tools
Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills
High level of initiative, structured working style and project management capability
Excellent communication and presentation skills across clinical, commercial and strategic stakeholders
Ability to translate complex healthcare environments into actionable business concepts
Strong hunter mindset: focused on new business acquisition and direct prospecting
