About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the marketing strategy and program execution of nursing programs and specialized solutions with emphasis on NOAM market.
Develop and own the global marketing strategy, value proposition, and KPIs for Nursing & Specialty Solutions.
Provide strategic guidance, alignment, and oversight to NOAM regional marketers to drive revenue growth.
Act as the primary connector between global and regional marketing teams.
Lead stakeholder engagement across NOAM and global teams.
Partner with global and regional marketing teams to develop global campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitive insights, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in healthcare marketing, including experience in marketing project management and strategy
Demonstrate leadership through effective communication, stakeholder management, good decision making and a collaborative mindset to drive organizational success.
Able to collaborate with global marketing team and regional marketing team to support their efforts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with additional experience using AI and marketing tools
