Develop and execute essential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) customer strategies and tactics for hematology oncology products
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations
Build strong partnerships with external KOL customers and influence commercial strategy
Actively participate in developing promotional speaker bureau strategy
Execute integrated commercial and marketing strategic plans at national/regional scientific meetings
Uncover, prioritize, and communicate market insights and challenges
Requirements
BA/BS degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience
3 + years of experience in Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing preferred
Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to establish actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL customers
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to put together compelling presentations using Power Point and manage Excel workflows.
