About this role
Role Overview
Own and drive full-funnel, customer-specific marketing strategies that unlock category growth and deliver measurable business impact
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and trade partners, influencing joint business plans and long-term growth agendas
Shape and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, and channel activation to accelerate demand and brand presence
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to align priorities, unlock opportunities, and deliver against shared objectives
Leverage analytics and customer insights to optimize performance, inform strategy, and drive ROI accountability
Champion the development of digital capabilities and scalable marketing solutions in partnership with customers and internal teams
Proactively identify new growth opportunities, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and elevate Customer Marketing capabilities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in a professional environment.
Prior Business to Business (B2B) Sales &/or Trade / Customer Marketing / Ecommerce experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, pay attention to minute detail, and adapt to change.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning, project management, and data analysis skills.
Working knowledge of MS Suite: Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other digital systems.
