Represent the voice of the client in projects and responsible for the member/client experience
Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
Collaborate with project developer and business analyst to ensure solution meets user needs
Manage relationships with various stakeholders
Play a leadership role when interacting with squads and stakeholders involved in projects
Make recommendations on development and delivery of files and projects
Establish product backlog for projects and development activities
Advise clients and partners with strategic projects
Oversee development of policies, standards, models and programs
Identify and analyze major problems and issues and develop diagnostics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
