Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

• Create engaging marketing content including articles, customer stories, product news, and technical materials
• Produce social media content aligned with ABB’s brand and communication guidelines
• Prepare press releases and support internal communications
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Develop presentations, brochures, and sales-enablement materials
• Partner with sales teams on targeted marketing activities that drive engagement and leads
• Coordinate ABB’s participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events
• Ensure professional execution aligned with ABB’s visual identity
• Work closely with local, Nordic, and global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation
• Strong written and visual communication skills, ideally within B2B and technology-driven environments
• Experience with digital marketing channels, social media, and publishing tools
• Event planning or trade fair experience is a plus
