Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Run approval boards for global restructuring costs.
• Support business case calculations and derive restructuring cost demands.
• Investigate bottom-up demand and analyze restructuring needs.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of restructuring costs.
• Align restructuring cost demand with the group based on standard IRTs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in restructuring cost management and financial controlling.
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, and financial modeling tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis software.
• Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Solid accounting experience, including knowledge of financial reporting standards.
