Handle extraction, cleaning, processing, and standardization of actuarial databases, ensuring data quality and consistency for technical reserves analyses
Support the consolidation of results, KPIs and actuarial reports, contributing to the area’s management and regulatory oversight
Perform initial analyses of actuarial provisions, participating in monthly and quarterly reserve closing processes
Execute consistency checks and validation of technical provisions using tools such as SAS, Excel and SUSEP regulatory databases
Contribute to actuarial studies and analyses of claims behavior and demand, supporting the area’s technical and strategic decisions
Assist internal and external audits by collecting, organizing and validating evidence, under the guidance of senior actuaries
Provide technical support for Allianz Group requests, collaborating with local and global teams on standardized actuarial routines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science
0–2 years of prior actuarial experience, preferably in technical reserves, actuarial controls or related areas within insurers (Junior level)
Intermediate Excel skills for handling databases and analysis
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI to support analyses and reporting
Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming or data analysis languages such as SAS, SQL and/or Python
Interest in and familiarity with data analysis, data quality and the responsible use of technology and AI, in line with the company’s digital & data guidelines
