Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in demonstrated independent facilitation across enterprise audiences. Learning and development and instructional design skills preferred.
Experience designing or delivering training in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos experience plus).
CPTD: Certified Professional in Talent Development (formerly CPLP) preferred.
CPTM: Certified Professional in Training Management preferred.
Strong facilitation presence & demonstrated ability to develop into an engaging facilitator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
Benefits
Candidate may work from Orange, Monterey Park or Alhambra offices, with a hybrid schedule of days onsite.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% to clinics and offices (As needed for training sessions and preparation).
