Maintain the general accounting records for a distribution entity within the group.
Participate in monthly closes and ensure deadlines are met.
Support the accounting team on other tasks as needed.
Ensure correct posting of accounting entries (general expenses, professional fees, fixed assets, taxes, expense reports, etc.).
Record customer and supplier payments, perform account follow-up and clearing.
Post bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
Perform intercompany reconciliations.
Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation.
Perform monthly close activities: accruals (FNP), prepaid charges (CCA), account reviews and cut-off procedures within deadlines.
Prepare year-end balance sheet items with the Administrative and Financial Manager.
Handle monthly VAT declarations.
Prepare and monitor other taxes.
Participate in the implementation of new tools in coordination with other departments.
Execute all tasks in compliance with the group's internal procedures.

Education: BTS, DCG or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role in general accounting.
Strong experience with monthly and annual closing procedures (accruals, prepaid charges, cut-off, provisions).
Good knowledge of tax obligations (VAT and other taxes).
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION is required.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Prior experience in a public accounting firm is a plus.
