About this role
Role Overview
Manage and optimize multiple marketing funnels simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance and profitability
Execute and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other digital channels
Continuously test, iterate, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to identify and scale high-performing assets
Optimize landing pages using A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates and reduce funnel drop-offs
Build, manage, and enhance full-funnel marketing systems, including CRM, email, SMS, and notification workflows
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide strategic decisions
Develop and maintain high-performing creatives, including ad copy, images, and video content
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, accelerate testing cycles, and enhance campaign performance
Identify underperforming campaigns quickly, reallocate budgets effectively, and scale winning strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with proven performance results
Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing, including acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and their impact on business profitability
Demonstrated ability to run continuous A/B testing and make data-driven decisions at scale
Proven track record of managing multiple funnels or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong creative instincts with the ability to produce high-converting ad copy and guide visual content
Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analytics tools
High attention to detail with the ability to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketing tools to analyze and report data
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a results-oriented setup
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and time zones
Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, experimentation, and campaign performance
