Support the administrative functions of the Water Industry Partnerships Team
Support fundraising in Scotland and Northern Ireland
Work closely with Partnerships team in Scotland and Northern Ireland to support the delivery of partnership activities and fundraising operations
Provide administrative and logistical support for WaterAid partner events and engagement activities, including planning, coordination, and administration
Attend events as required to support delivery and partner engagement
Track and process partnership income, investigating and resolving any queries in liaison with relevant colleagues and teams
Update and maintain accurate partner records on WaterAid’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, in line with role requirements
Coordinate the administrative functions of the wider Water Industry Partnerships Team

Requirements
Ability to work remotely/independently with minimum supervision but also be a collaborative and participative member of the team
Excellent organisation skills to ensure that deadlines are met, including managing other people’s input e.g. volunteers
Proven ability to manage a busy workload and deliver across multiple projects/teams
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, and face-to-face.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
Experience and knowledge of sustainability / corporate responsibility
Experience of the voluntary sector
Experience of the water industry and/or other utilities.
