Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
Build and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality using various ServiceNow tools and methodologies
Implement and optimize integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, data imports, and scheduled jobs
Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro experiences and HR service workflows
Develop and maintain GRC controls and reporting dashboards
Support SecOps and VR use cases
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers and administrators
Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on development experience with: JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform (Glide APIs), Scoped applications, Flow Designer/Workflow, Service Catalog
