About this role
Role Overview
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Build and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality using various ServiceNow tools and methodologies
- Implement and optimize integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, data imports, and scheduled jobs
- Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro experiences and HR service workflows
- Develop and maintain GRC controls and reporting dashboards
- Support SecOps and VR use cases
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers and administrators
- Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on development experience with: JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform (Glide APIs), Scoped applications, Flow Designer/Workflow, Service Catalog
- Proven experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, HRSD, ECP, GRC, SecOps/Vulnerability Response, Nuvolo
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data loads, and system interfaces
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow security model: ACLs, roles, groups, data policies
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- US Citizenship required
- Public Trust T3 clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one)
