- Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and face-to-face meetings
- Check and verify documents
- Execute shipment booking according to SOP
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding operations
- Strong understanding of local SOPs
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in document verification and compliance
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
