As a member of our Customer Success team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the platform runs smoothly every day.
You’ll support both of our customer groups — tenants and landlords — helping maintain high customer satisfaction and supporting healthy growth of our customer base.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure successful use of the platform and drive product adoption.
Lead pilot projects and collaborate closely with key accounts to support their growth.
Identify potential risks and collect feedback related to feature requests, bug escalation, and UX/UI improvements.
Assist with onboarding new clients, including account and portfolio setup.
Deliver platform demonstrations and provide software training to clients.
Handle special billing and payment cases such as debt collection or refunds on the platform.
Review clients’ platform performance and help them achieve their goals; identify opportunities for up‑ and cross‑selling features.
Provide top-notch support to both tenants and landlords to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries received via multiple channels (email, platform, phone, help center), support users with the application, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Help continuously develop our customer service processes to maintain a high level of service quality as our customer base grows rapidly.
Requirements
You are driven, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and topics.
You have a hands-on mentality and are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied.
You work accurately and efficiently.
You are tech-savvy, solution-oriented and comfortable tackling complex problems.
You enjoy working with customers, are helpful and open-minded, and communicate appropriately for the target audience.
You have practical experience in the online sector, ideally in customer service, sales or project management.
You like to work with data and apply insights to optimize operational KPIs.
You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, e.g. in business administration.
Your native language is German and you are fluent in English; French is a plus.
