About this role
Role Overview
- Calculate, verify and record monthly incentive cycles, annual plans (PPR) and long-term plans (ILP);
- Manage the monthly accounting and reconciliation of all variable compensation payments for the area;
- Monitor target indicators (PPR) and work with business areas to update and analyze results;
- Prepare and review data for public disclosure and support external audits;
- Ensure the operational integrity of the area, progressively taking on more complex projects and expanding scope within the Incentives structure.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Variable Compensation, Incentives or high-precision financial areas;
- Structured logical reasoning and advanced Excel skills (ability to audit and build calculation logic);
- Analytical rigor and autonomy in end-to-end technical review of deliverables;
- Ability to liaise with critical stakeholders and auditors, translating technical data into clear information;
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to identify process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements or automations.
