Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or in a similar role, in organizational transformation (GMO) or technology projects.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello or similar.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholder profiles.
- Experience in organizational change management (models such as ADKAR, Kotter or Prosci is a plus).
- Analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
- Collaborative, resilient and results-oriented profile.
- Availability to travel.
- Academic background in IT-related courses, in progress or completed.
- Availability to travel to other states.
