You work closely with design to discuss issues or opportunities, prepare clear and actionable design briefs (context, success criteria, constraints, timelines), provide structured feedback and validate UX/UI deliverables;
You define and manage the product backlog and corresponding deliverables in partnership with your clients;
You demonstrate your product passion by using it throughout its evolution and share your feedback with the team;
You analyze and clarify issues (business, user, technical), identify root causes and propose concrete solutions, evaluating impacts, risks and trade-offs to help the team and the client make decisions quickly;
You monitor the health and performance of your products while proposing optimizations or evolutions;
You immerse yourself in your clients’ business domain to connect business value to user impact and never miss an opportunity to make product recommendations;
You make informed decisions, from small text adjustments to removing a feature, within the project framework.
Requirements
You have experience in an agency or consulting environment, including managing a multi-client/multi-project portfolio simultaneously.
You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written, to work with our clients;
You have broad expertise in creating digital products: product management, client relations, Scrum, budget management, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, UX/UI design, and you know how to apply this versatility to projects;
You leverage available AI tools to optimize your work and that of your team;
You know how to rally, collaborate and communicate with diverse experts, demonstrating vision, active listening and initiative;
You are proactive and versatile, able to move things forward even in ambiguity;
You want to build a long-term relationship with the team and grow within Mirego;
You are available for regular travel to join the team at one of our Montreal and Quebec City offices, as well as at client sites.
