Plan, build, and execute diverse email campaigns, including newsletters, GTM initiatives, and lifecycle/triggered automations.
Maintain and optimize audience segmentation and campaign workflows within the email marketing platform (Eloqua). Manage the end-to-end production schedule to ensure on-time delivery while conducting rigorous QA.
Partner with content and design teams to develop brand-aligned assets and coordinate tasks using project management tools (Wrike).
Monitor campaign metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analyze performance trends to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven solutions that increase engagement and ROI. Maintain a testing roadmap to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and layouts based on statistical significance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience with a focus on campaign or project management; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, audience segmentation, A/B testing, dynamic content, and performance analysis.
Proven ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally using project management tools (e.g., Wrike or Asana).
