About this role
Role Overview
- Support and further development of SAP HCM applications with a focus on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Payroll
- Ensure end-to-end HR processes including interfaces, reporting and legal/compliance requirements
- Responsibility for customizing, error analysis and test design in the HCM area
- Coordinate with stakeholders from HR, IT and external partners
- Contribute to change and release management, quality assurance and integration with SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems
- Active participation in projects for HR digitization and process optimization
Requirements
- Several years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY)
- Experience with SAP reports, SAP Query and ad-hoc analyses
- SAP HCM customizing knowledge including schema/rule maintenance (PY/BT) and integrations to SuccessFactors, Portal & Fiori
- Change and release management experience including requirements analysis, documentation and test planning
- Quality assurance: review of customizing code and coordination of test runs
- Project experience: participation in HR digitization projects and implementation of new tools and processes
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; confident handling of competing demands
