Support the preparation of quarterly and annual results reports, market disclosures, and presentations for the board of directors and executive committees.
Support the preparation of presentations for the capital markets, such as conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings.
Monitor and analyze financial and market data.
Maintain and improve the company's Investor Relations website.
Organize meetings with shareholders and investors.
Support the management of relationships with equity and fixed-income investors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Familiarity with CVM rules and regulations;
Knowledge of B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange);
Knowledge of Corporate Finance;
Intermediate English is considered a plus.
