Implement and develop the Quality Control (QC) pillar within the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) model, ensuring its application across the responsible business units (BUs) and plants, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Drive Continuous Improvement, leading Kaizen projects to eliminate losses related to defects, process variation and rework, and ensuring process standardization and quality controls.
Apply, disseminate and train teams on quality tools and methods, such as PDCA, Kaizen, Poka‑Yoke, root cause analysis and other failure-prevention methods.
Integrate with operational areas, working with the Quality at the Source concept, supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure process stability and robustness.
Ensure adherence to the WCM Quality pillar requirements by conducting assessments, diagnostics and audits, and by developing, together with the plants, roadmaps for improvement to raise the Quality Control (QC) pillar score.
