Sales Representative / Sales – Setter

Role Overview

• You speak daily with business owners and decision-makers from SMEs
• You conduct structured initial conversations (not random cold calls)
• You determine whether and how we can help
• You pre-qualify leads thoroughly and schedule appointments for closing calls
• You document your conversations in the CRM
• You work closely with Marketing & Consulting
• You receive regular feedback and coaching to improve

Requirements

• You can communicate clearly and are not afraid of phone calls
• You want to properly learn sales
• You are ambitious and want to improve measurably
• Ability to follow established processes
• Comfortable working under performance pressure
• A calm, pleasant, and engaging voice
• You respond openly to feedback (tough love rather than ego)
• You speak very good German
• Some prior experience in sales, an agency, or consulting environment (nice to have)
