About this role
Role Overview
Conduct regular external visits to active customers and prospect new companies with sales potential.
Lead negotiations on prices, terms, and commercial conditions, focusing on closing new business.
Clarify customers' technical questions during product selection and provide detailed information about items and product codes.
Provide pre
and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining technical-commercial contact.
Prepare visit itineraries and reports detailing incidents, suggestions, and customer complaints.
Conduct market research to attract new customers and monitor competitors' sales potential.
Continuously update information in the CRM for report generation and to support managerial decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Specialists and prepare sales proposals in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer prospecting.
Systems: Knowledge of CRM, ERP Protheus, and Excel.
Behavioral Profile: Highly sociable, proactive, dynamic, and strongly relationship
and results-oriented.
Education: High school diploma (or as per company guidelines).
Experience: Previous experience in outside sales in the commodities sector or related areas is preferred.
