Role Overview
Handle and qualify leads generated by marketing actions (inbound)
Contact leads via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other commercial channels
Identify lead needs, pain points and purchasing potential
Apply the company's defined qualification criteria
Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team
Perform follow-up with leads progressing through the funnel
Recover and reactivate leads
Support outbound prospecting efforts during periods of lower inbound lead volume
Record and update information in the CRM
Monitor conversion, productivity and lead quality metrics
