Analysis and release of Sales Orders in SAP, with follow-up through invoicing
Sending order status updates to customers (invoiced, pending)
Analysis and management of the returns process
Handling new customer registration, monitoring the process until completion
Supporting the Sales team and interfacing with internal departments and customers for various requests, primarily via Email and Teams
Preparation and analysis of reports and KPIs related to the sales process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Availability to work on a fixed-term project for 12 months
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in customer-facing roles (Sales Administration, Customer Service, Customer Support, Back Office)
Knowledge of SAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
Experience working with sales KPIs
Strong numerical skills and ability to perform calculations
