Contribute to and lead the development, planning, and ongoing review of the trade marketing plan based on results, benchmarks, and company guidelines;
Direct and influence channel trade, operations, and commercial teams to execute plans and tactical actions aimed at achieving sell-out targets;
Manage the budget, monitoring, and periodic reporting;
Analyze the performance of activities and propose corrective plans when necessary;
Placement plans for launches and performance tracking;
Contribute to management presentations and provide directional guidance to field teams;
Collaborate with areas such as Marketing, Market Intelligence, and CRM, sharing and capturing information to build more accurate plans;
Act as the focal point for communication with channel trade, operations, and sales teams, clarifying questions about plan implementation at the POS;
Monitor indicators (such as sell-out, market share, product availability/positivation, and DDE), propose improvements, and update information based on audit data and commercial team requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Administration, or Commercial roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector;
Analytical skills and logical reasoning to work with data and strategic business analyses;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with other teams;
Knowledge and practical experience with pharmaceutical market audits (Close Up, IQVIA, etc.);
Familiarity with market data from Dunnhumby and Symphony;
