Role Overview
- Assist with qualification of existing leads and prospects.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels as specified by the manager.
- Update internal systems with leads and prospects information, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Prepare quotes as backup for the Acquisition team and for specific negotiations.
- Ensure execution of daily activities according to the guidance and priorities set by the Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- University degree (preferred)
- Prior experience in commercial roles or customer-facing interactions
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate English (preferred)
