Serve as the technical and functional focal point for critical and complex topics related to Billing and Accounts Receivable.
Design, review and evolve application architectures, processes and solutions, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, internal policies and industry best practices.
Lead root cause analyses, define action plans and make decisions for recurring and highly complex issues.
Act in a consultative manner with business areas, translating strategic needs into viable and sustainable technical solutions.
Interface with partner areas, vendors and strategic stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, executive reports and recommendations for leadership.
Actively contribute to the area's evolution roadmap, supporting medium
and long-term decisions.
Proactively design integration architectures, considering synchronous, asynchronous, batch models, queues and messaging.

University degree completed (postgraduate or specialization preferred).
Solid experience in critical and highly complex environments.
Strong analytical skills, systems thinking and data-driven decision making.
Proven experience in environments with multiple stakeholders and high pressure for results.
