Role Overview
- Delivering technical support for access and video products of Honeywell to the Value-Added Resellers and End-Customers
- Telephone, dial-in and email support of Lenel products
- Manage and prioritize requests
- On time resolution of complaints
- Work with a centralized Call Management database
- Site & customer technical visits for product related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Fluent English mandatory
- Experience in support or technical consultancy function
- Professional experience of IP network
- Preferably, a relevant experience in the Electronic Security sector
- A solid knowledge of databases and Linux operating systems
- Weekend support (once a month full weekend)
