Support the planning, setup, and execution of regional field and partner events, including preparation, logistics coordination, and on-site or virtual support.
Assist with partner event enablement, including MDF submissions, event promotions, and readiness of event materials (booth assets, presentations, giveaways).
Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for partner-led and Progress-hosted events.
Track and analyze field marketing campaigns and event performance data to support reporting, insights, and optimization efforts.
Assist in compiling summary views and reports to improve visibility into regional activity and results.
Maintain and organize shared repositories of field marketing assets, ensuring materials are current, clearly structured, and easy to access.
Support the tracking of field marketing initiatives in Asana by applying relevant fields, updating statuses, and helping maintain accurate campaign records.
Research and propose ideas to improve event engagement and performance, including gamification concepts, interactive tools, and creative swag options.
Stay up to date on event marketing trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about B2B marketing and events.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
