Drive sales of Baxter capital equipment, ranging from $3M to $15M
Collaborate with sales specialists and leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
Provide expert knowledge and insights to support the successful adoption and implementation of Baxter's solutions
Develop and implement sales structure and strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with clients
Achieve and maintain a high level of sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Drive successful outcomes by leading on-site customer deliveries and ensuring seamless execution

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Expert communication skills to relay sophisticated ideas clearly and concisely
Consistent track record of delivering high-quality presentations that resonate with audiences and get results
Effective influencing skills to understand and influence personnel ranging from nurses to C-level decision makers
Strong analytical skills to understand local market and competitive trends
Shown success working independently with sound decision-making skills
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to quickly shifting priorities and manage competing priorities simultaneously
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
