Lead Cloud and Platform engineering teams.
Ensure close collaboration with Security Engineering and Operations teams.
Govern enterprise innovation initiatives.
Provide oversight of enterprise‑wide innovation activity and technology patterns.
Communicate technology vision, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.
Lead and develop engineering leaders.

Experience shaping and executing enterprise‑scale technology strategy and engineering initiatives within complex organisations.
Demonstrated success delivering business outcomes through digital transformation and technology‑enabled change.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Broad understanding of modern and emerging technologies, including cloud, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders.
Experience building and leading diverse, high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams.
Experience operating in financial services or similarly regulated environments is desirable.
