Serve as the senior strategic liaison and trusted advisor to business leaders across Customer Care, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize IT initiatives.
Lead IT governance and portfolio management processes.

Provide executive oversight for the full lifecycle of IT programs.
Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in an IT Business Partner, Strategic Liaison, or equivalent leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in project and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies—including cloud computing, automation, analytics, and AI/ML.
