Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single-family homes within assigned territory
Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations
Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets
Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers
Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
2+ years of related sales experience
