Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and controls within the o9 platform.
Closely co-ordinating with data pipeline from source systems (SAP and others) through the o9 Data Model layers (IN, ODM, LSU) to the live Graph Cube environment.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to maintain data integrity, traceability, and lineage within o9 Application.
Apply Agile, SAFe, and hybrid Agile–Waterfall methodologies to plan, monitor, and deliver project milestones.
Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery of integration projects.
Assess and communicate risks, track programme progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain clear and timely communication with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Lead, direct, and performance-manage contractor teams from partner organisations (Accenture, Infosys, etc.) who report directly to this role.
Set clear objectives, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across all partner resources.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Requirements
15+ years of total experience in enterprise technology, data engineering, or programme delivery.
Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in data governance, SAP integration, or enterprise planning platforms.
Demonstrated track record of managing contractor teams or offshore delivery partners with direct reporting lines.
Strong working knowledge of o9 Data Models, data engineering patterns, and the full data pipeline lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with integration, system migration, and enterprise application landscapes.
Proficiency in data validation frameworks, ETL/ELT processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud storage and data platforms (e.g., GCP, delta tables, Spark/PySpark).
Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall project management principles.
Experience working across multiple enterprise applications in a complex, multi-vendor integration landscape.
Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks across simultaneous workstreams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on accountability, execution, and team development.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organisation.
