Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze performance data from multiple sources, interpreting trends, gaps, and opportunities across business streams
Generate commercial insights and connect performance across channels to build a comprehensive, results-focused narrative
Lead performance presentations with strong structure and flow, defining meeting objectives, driving discussion, and ensuring stakeholder engagement
Act as digital data and analytics owner, maintaining granular, structured datasets and delivering ad‑hoc insights and deep‑dive analyses
Apply advanced analytical methodologies to evaluate campaigns, launches, promotions, and other business initiatives
Drive innovation, data quality, and process optimization by improving reporting tools, ways of working, and supporting global initiative implementation
Own annual Digital/CX SLA KPI forecasting for Central Europe, using historical and market data to assess risk, monitor performance, and recommend future strategies
Requirements
At least 2 years of practical experience in digital and commercial data analytics
Strong analytical and interpretation skills – ability to derive insights & actions from data/trends
Strong technical understanding of digital analysis tools (Excel, PBI, GA4, Adobe Target, Adobe Commerce)
Effective communication skills, approachability and passion to collaborate with others
Ability to own initiative, drive and deliver end-to-end projects with purpose & hands-on approach
Independent working, high proactivity, curiosity and motivation to challenge status quo
Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
