Operations Supervisor – Creative & Production

Role Overview

• Lead multiple teams and own the output
• Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, brand alignment, and Founder expectations
• Manage Team Leaders and Senior Specialists across multiple functions
• Oversee capacity planning, workload distribution, and utilization
• Track and own output volume, quality scores, turnaround times, and team productivity

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing, creative production, or operations
• 2–3+ years managing leaders (Team Leaders / Senior Specialists)
• Strong understanding of: Websites / funnels (WordPress, GHL, Kajabi, etc.) OR social media production OR design systems and workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams at once
• Highly data-driven and KPI-focused
