About this role

Lead operational oversight and lifecycle management for national value-added benefits and member incentives
Develop and implement collaborative processes to improve product performance
Build and maintain product portfolio catalog with key information and dashboards
Direct the development of marketing materials for external stakeholders
Create and manage health plan product roadmaps and communicate strategy
Leverage in-depth product knowledge in directing new product initiatives
Lead vendor relationship management for managed products
Collaborate with internal functional areas for vendor performance reviews

At least 7 years of healthcare or health insurance industry experience
2 years or more of Product Development, Product Management or Operations experience
Experience leading cross-functional project management initiatives
Vendor management experience
Experience with execution and delivery (planning, deploying, and supporting) skills
Demonstrated understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business problems/provide technical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
